WITH the mountain flowers in blossom, We have been drinking here, the two of us.
After we have had so many goblet, I am drunk, drunk through and through.
Now I feel drowsy; the time has come for you to leave me,
But tomorrow, if you wish, return bringing your lyre.
THE two of us drink face to face where the mountain blossoms open; Another cup, another cup, again another cup. I am bemused and long to drowse; depart my friend; Tomorrow at morn, if you are so minded, clasp your lute and come. Yonder the mountain flowers are out. We drink together$(, you and I)$. One more cup — one more cup — still one more cup! Now I am drunk and drowsy, you had better gc. But come to-morrow morning, if you will, with the harp ! 二人、むかいあって酒をくみかわせば、$傍らに$山の花が咲いている。一杯、一杯、また一杯、と杯を重ねる。ああ、僕は酔って 眠くなった。君、ひとまず帰ってくれたまえ。明日の朝も、またその気があるなら、琴をもって遊びに来てくれ。
