The autumnal view is infinite for one's gaze ,
And far away somewhere roll up the wreathes of haze .
The river flows to meet the heaven pure and cold ,
The lonely city hides itself in fog's deep fold .
Drifting with winds the sparse $(yellow)$ leaves are gone ,
Dipping behind the distant hills the sun is down .
Why are you late , odd crane , in flying back to your nest ?
The evening crows have crowded in the forest .
