Along the peach-bloomed shore flows the spring tide ,
Reading the maple trees the cloudy sails glide .
For life's sake , I'm always a refugee ,
Travelling far away , my tears ne'er cease .
A doddering invalid , I go south ,
Still yearning for the King's kindness , I look north .
For a lifetime I have bitterly sung ,
Ne'er have I met a good understanding one !
