A little way below the cliffs of Gorge Wu ,
Yet still the moon bites at the Baidi City's walls .
The river darkens when She has a face of woe ,
Half of the chamber lightens when She askew rolls .
The army pots are beaten , speeding Dawn to fall ,
Moon Toad may find somewhere to lean on for your own !
Not only our Han soldiers now the bows they pull
To keep their guard under the beams that's fading soon .
