I came to this part of the world
from a long way away
and then I let six years
slip by before I knew it
but I met an old friend
in the midst of all my wanderings
and I let my poems come
from the nearby woods and springs
I'm too lazy now to care
for the fact of my patched clothing
the holes in my shoes don't stop me
from goin on excursions
what's my property's boundary?
there isn't one-no limit!
I lose myself
to the river and the sky.
