It must have been Zhang Qian who brought in the celestial steed;
Ten thousand and more are galloping on the fields, indeed.
In the positional fightings the cloud-drifting steeds fall,
While on the mountains the autumnal weeds grow over all.
You were allegedly born of a genuine dragon's son;
But now you are decrepit, an old rimy famous one.
Recalling the old battles, you neigh out your sorrowful heart;
In the distance, you stand alone against the thickening vast.
