When the fair one was here, flowers filled the courtyard;
Since she left there is an extra empty bed.
On the bed the embroidered covers are rolled up and not slept under;
Even now, after three years, you can still smell the fragrance.
The fragrance, in the end, does not diminish;
The woman, in the end, does not return.
As I long for her, all the yellow leaves have fallen,
White dew moistens the green moss.
