李君墓上松應拱 元相池頭竹盡枯 多幸樂天今始病 不知合要苦治無 | |
英譯: |
Li has been so long in his grave
That these tall pines now surmount it.
Yang, the Minister, lies beside his pond;
All the bamboos about it are withered.
I, Lo-t'ien, am now the lucky one,
Since I have become ill for the first time.
I wonder if it's proper for me
To wish to be cured.
Mr. Li in the grave so long those pines now well grown; Minister Yang? The bamboo by his pond all withered. Lucky Lo-t'ien now gets ill for the first time– I wonder if it's proper to want to be cured. Li has been so long in his grave That these tall pines now surmount it.
