Today, in the western county, we suddenly meet again.
In the pavilion by the water, amidst evening rain, the chill remains;
On the silk mat, full of spring fragrance, warmth is unknown.
The dancing butterflies busily gather the scattered pollen;
A beautiful lady lies sadly behind a distant curtain.
“Let me ask my sweet companions in the streets by the Chang Terrace:
“How many branches, like Court ladies’ waists, have been damaged?”
