The millet was harvested early in September, You had promised to share
it with me. It must have been ground very fine; I feel it has been some-
what delayed in reaching me. It is hardly necessary to wait for the golden
chrysanthemums, The flavor of the millet will go well with the green
mallow soup. You know it has long been the old man's favorite food,
Just now his mouth waters at the very thought of it.
