題名: 鳥鳴澗
作者: 王維
人間桂花落, 夜靜春山空。 月出驚山鳥, 時鳴春澗中。
英譯: Men sleep. The cassia blossoms fall. The Spring night is still in the empty mountains. When the full moon rises, it troubles the wild birds. From time to time you can hear them above the sound of the flooding waterfalls.
Mind at peace, cassia flowers fall, Night still, spring mountain empty. Moon rising startles mountain birds Now and again sing from spring brook.
Idly I watch the cassia petals gently fall. How still the night! Blue mountains loom stark and lonely. The low-hung moon grows brilliant, startling the wild birds To doleful cries echoing through the dark valley.
My idle days are counted by the falling cassia flowers. Upon the hills the Spring alone records the noiseless hours. At sudden rising of the Moon loud shrieks each forest bird. And yet amid the vernal streams their song is often heard.
In our idleness, cinnamon blossoms fall. In night quiet, spring mountains stand empty. Moonrise startles mountain birds: here and there, cries in a spring gorge.
Men $(sleep)$. The cassia blossoms fall. The Spring night is still in the empty mountains. When the full moon rises, It troubles the wild birds. From time to time you can hear them Above the sound of the flooding waterfalls.
