Milky in the spring grotto stone fattens, sprouts goose-quills:
Rockpools veer with the crooked cliff along dog-toothed edges.
I smile at myself, wound up in the bosom now; and, with horns plucked in,
Spiral back up the misty steps like a snail.
Stalagmites in spring caves rise to more stalactites; Ponds avoid the turning cliffs' dog-toothed edges. I smile at myself curling into the womb, horns on my head pulled in, Returning coiling on the misty steps, just like a snail! |
