FLOWING through the park, white water broad and deep;
Palace ladies put on their yellow patches.
Winding round hills, its dragon-bones are cold,
Brushing the banks, its duck-head green is fragrant.
It startles concubines from fading dreams,
Cups stop circling, little goblets float.
I was lucky enough to wander for a while
Beside this wavy stream with Master Ho.
