題名: | 秋野五首 二 |
作者: | 杜甫 |
易識浮生理,難教一物違。水深魚極樂,林茂鳥知歸。吾老甘貧病,榮華有是非。秋風吹几杖,不厭此山薇。 | |
英譯: |
When you come to understand the laws of nature
you see how hard it is to change them
deep water pleases fish
thick forest suits the birds
now that I'm old I accept
my poverty and illness
I know prestige and power
have burdens of their own
the autumn winds blow on me 00
$indoors and out, table and walking stick$
and I don't disdain
a meal of mountain ferns.
Easy to sense the trend in the drift of life, Hard to compel one creature out of its course. In the deepest water is the fish's utmost joy, In the leafiest wood the bird will find its home. Age and decline are content to be poor sick, Praise and blame belong to youth and glory. Though the autumn wind blows on my staff and pillow I shall not weary of the North Mountain's ferns. |
