Heartbroken—$(there)$ springtime river trickles to its end:
Cane in hand, I slowly pace and stand on fragrant bank.
How impertinent the willow catkins to run off with the wind
So fickle, the peach blossoms to drift with the stream!
It tears my heart to see River Spring ending, Leaning on staff before a fragrant island: Willow catkins are mad to follow those breezes, Silly the peach's blooms to sail such waters! |
